Peniel Core Centre takes its name from the sacred place where Jacob encountered God face to face — "I have seen God face to face" (Genesis 32:30). That moment of encounter is at the heart of everything we do.
We are a faith community in Skuta, Nyeri — rooted in Transformation, Renewal and Empowerment. We are part of Congress WBN, a global network present in over 120 countries.

First Service
The first gathering of what would become Peniel Core Centre — a small group with a large vision.
2011
First Baptisms
Lives publicly surrendered to Christ. A moment of great joy for our community.
2014
NorthGate School Opens
Our educational vision took form — a school built on faith and excellence for the children of Nyeri.
2016
Joined Congress WBN
Connecting with a global family of churches and organisations in over 120 countries.
2020
New Building Dedicated
A permanent home for our community — dedicated to God and opened to the people of Nyeri.
